FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- July 22, 2010 - South San Francisco, CA - Quong Hop & Co. of South San Francisco, California is voluntarily recalling all "Raquel's" hummus, salads, wraps, sandwiches, and other food items, because theyhave the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
"Raquel's" brand products are being voluntarily recalled because Listeria monocytogeneswas found in our manufacturing plant. In addition, soy lecithin, an allergen, was used in the production of hummus and is not declared on the label.
The recalled products include "Raquel's" brand salads, sandwiches, wraps, hummus, burritos, and stuffed grape leaves. Raquel's Hummus products are dated September 23, 2010 and prior, and Raquel's salads, wraps, sandwiches, and other items are dated August 3, 2010 and prior. "Raquel's" brand products are packaged with multiple ingredients and in a variety of sizes. "Raquel's" is distributed to supermarkets and natural food stores on the West Coast and Midwest including the states: CA, AK, AZ, WA, OR, NV. Prepared properly, it can be somewhat 'low cal' and it is loaded with protein. HOWEVER, like all 'protein foods', it is more than prone to contamination with food-borne pathogens...in this case with Listeria monocytogenes. My advice to those of you who use this/these brands of Hummus: wait a while before you buy and eat these brands again. The FDA and companies and processors involved are in the process of cleaning their facilities and trying to determine the exact source of this Listeria contamination. With diligence and a bit of 'luck', soon things will be back to normal and hopefully this will all be resolved. As always, I urge you to read FDA recall notices, letters and press releases very carefully. When it comes to the well-being of you and your loved ones, you cannot be careful enough! I've highlighted in yellow two phrases that are easily missed. While it looks like a sentence is 'repeated twice', actually in FDA 'parlance', a delineation is made regarding what's expected to be found and what has been found. You and only you can make the judgement of what you're willing to eat and take a risk on. In the old days, you could trust the 'five second rule' and you could eat certain things a bit past their prime. Why? The pathogens of old were not quite as virulent and downright dangerous as the 2010 versions are. On Wednesday, July 21, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 416-3 to pass H.R. 5566, the Prevention of Interstate Commerce in Animal Crush Videos Act of 2010. The nearly unanimous affirmative vote, as well as the fact that 262 representatives attached their names to the bill as cosponsors, makes this a decisive victory for animals—especially considering that the bill was introduced only one month ago.
Representative Elton Gallegly (R-CA) introduced H.R. 5566 in response to the Supreme Court’s April ruling that the original Crush Act, a 1999 federal law banning the creation, sale and possession of materials depicting genuine acts of animal cruelty, is unconstitutional and overbroad in its scope. The Crush Act had succeeded in curbing commercial trade of “crush” fetish videos, which generally depict a woman’s feet as they crush to death small animals such as rodents and kittens. Now, in the absence of any enforceable federal law, this horrific underground industry is on the ascent.
H.R. 5566 amends the Crush Act to prohibit distributing, selling or offering to distribute or sell any depictions of animals being crushed, drowned, suffocated, impaled, or burned where such actions are illegal. Rep. Gallegly reportedly worked with law and constitutional scholars when drafting the bill to ensure that its language is narrowly tailored to be able to withstand strict First Amendment challenges.
Legislation of this kind must pass both chambers of Congress to become U.S. law—and so far, a companion bill to H.R. 5566 has not been introduced in the Senate. Congress will soon enjoy a month-long recess; upon its return in September, the ASPCA will encourage the Senate to take up the Crush Videos Act of 2010. The current federal legislative session (the 111th United States Congress) ends on January 3, 2011, so it is vital that the Senate act with the same speed and resolve demonstrated by the members of the House of Representatives.

A couple of highlights-- Lt. Governor Mike Fedele joined us at 8pm to fill us in on his background and positions. He spoke of being an immigrant and a business man who knows how to create jobs. He know the personalities of current members of the state congress and feels he will be able to hit the ground running.
He backs the AZ immigration law. He will uphold the 10th Amendment. Race to the Top has merit and the state should continue to pursue funding.
He will pursue breaking the hold unions have over our ever-busting budget. Asked for the Tea Party support. Wants to see us at public forum sessions in Hartford and rallying when the likes of SEIU protesters push back. Promised to get the CT GOP chair replaced. Wants to form a quasi-public organization to market Bradley International.

No matter what your view of the Tea Party movement is, this is a dangerous precedent and we need to fight it or lose our freedoms.
TEA PARTY NATION exposes... A few days ago, Geek.com and others reported that the Federal Government had shut down blog hosting site, Blogetery. The site that hosted Blogetery stated they were contacted by the Federal Law Enforcement and had little choice but to shut the site down immediately. This action silenced 73,000 blogs!!!
Until this action occurred, none of us at Tea Party Nation had even heard of this site. We do not know what kind of blogs were hosted on this site, but we suspect they cover the range from personal to political.
This is why the Tea Party Movement needs to be involved immediately. The Obama regime has taken a very hostile attitude towards our First Amendment rights. Is this a dry run the government is taking to shut down sites that are critical of the regime?
We need to act.
Call your Senators and Congressmen today and demand that the Senate and the House investigate which agency shut this site down and why. Email your friends and ask them to call as well. We need an explanation and we cannot let the regime off on this issue. Along this line, Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan has said she sees nothing wrong with the government suppressing speech the government finds offensive. Given the regime’s attitude to the First Amendment, we must be vigilant.
Remember to keep calling the Republicans on the Judiciary Committee and reminding them to vote "NO!" on the Kagan nomination.

Having worked with Elena Kagan at the Clinton White House, Dick was inclined to see her as a political moderate, worthy of support as the best one could expect from the Obama White House. But no more.
Thanks to the work of the Center for Security Policy Director Frank Gaffney and the writing of Andrew McCarthy of the National Review Institute, there has emerged a compelling reason to vote against Kagan's confirmation as a Supreme Court justice: her support for Shariah law while she was dean of Harvard Law School.
Islamists are seeking to spread Shariah law by inducing American and European financial institutions to establish Shariah Compliant Funds in which their clients can invest. Exposed in our books Fleeced and Outrage, these funds follow the prescriptions of Shariah law in their investments. They routinely collect 2.5 percent of the principal of any investment annually for donation to charitable institutions, fine recipients of their investment 7 percent for transgressions of Shariah law (and donate the fine to charity), and only invest in projects compliant with the rules of Shariah.
Unfortunately, the decisions as to which investments are compliant and which charities receive their benefice are made by Shariah Compliance Boards appointed by the financial institutions that typically include radical Muslim extremists who routinely designate terrorist-linked entities to receive their charitable donations, and they also proscribe investment in any firm engaged in U.S. defense contracting on the ground that the contract could aid Israel.
Most major banks in the U.S. and Europe have established Shariah Compliant Funds, and they had almost $1 trillion under management by 2007 -- and likely more today.
At Harvard, Elena Kagan "proceeded to forge the law schools' 'Islamic Finance Project.' " Its purpose, according to McCarthy, was "to promote Shariah compliance in the U.S. financial sector."
Indeed, when Harvard's president, Larry Summers -- now in the Obama administration -- accepted a $20 million donation for the creation of a program of studies of Islam's history and Shariah law, Kagan raised no objection. The donation came from Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, a billionaire investor whose contribution of $10 million to the Twin Towers fund was refused by New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani because bin Talal had blamed the 9/11 attack on American foreign policy.
Harvard Law School now has three Saudi-funded institutions devoted to the study of Shariah.
Kagan, as a Supreme Court justice, will be required to rule frequently on possible applications of Shariah law in the United States. She has already noted that she welcomes "good ideas wherever they originate" and is open to applications of foreign law to the interpretation of U.S. statutes and common law. In fact, a lawsuit seeking to ban Shariah Compliance Funds in banks that accepted TARP money (as violating the First Amendment separation of church and state) is now making its way up to the Supreme Court. Kagan cannot be trusted to rule dispassionately on this case, nor can we rely on her to exclude Shariah law from American jurisprudence.
For this reason -- if for no other -- senators should vote no on her confirmation ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This should be an interesting group to keep an eye on.

By: Deroy Murdock The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) on Tuesday unanimously adopted a resolution at its national convention in Kansas City condemning the Tea Party movement as — guess what?— racist.
This is false, outrageous, and no surprise. The NAACP is like a talking GI Joe doll with a cord coiled into his back. Pull it, and GI Joe says something manly and combative. Pull the NAACP's string. "Racism!" squawks the shopworn voice. Pull it again. "Bigotry!" it squeals, as it has so many times before.
The NAACP once was totally justified when it decried the racism and bigotry that the Jim Crow South's Democratic-led governments mandated by law. In 2010, however, screaming "racism" sounds increasingly delusional, given that America is governed by a black man who voters comfortably elected in November 2008 and wished well, largely across the political spectrum, on Inauguration Day, 2009. The NAACP's original resolution sought to "repudiate the racism of the Tea Parties" and combat their supposed efforts to "push our country back to the pre-civil rights era." This statement reportedly was toned down, although it was debated behind closed doors and will remain unseen until the NAACP's board approves it in October. If the tea party movement really is fueled by bias, why did they invite a black man like me to address one of the first tea parties in Washington, D.C. on Feb. 26, 2009?
Why would these alleged racists invite me to rally an even bigger tea party in Manhattan on July 1, 2009? Did prejudice inspire them to let David Webb, a black man, organize that Times Square event, and also run the New York Tea Party?
Did racial insensitivity lead the tea party to showcase Congress of Racial Equality national spokesman Niger Innis, Project 21's Deneen Borelli, and other black conservatives and free-marketeers?
"In March, respected members of the Congressional Black Caucus reported that racial epithets were hurled at them as they passed by a Washington, D.C. healthcare protest," the NAACP's website states. "Civil rights legend John Lewis was called the 'N-word' in the incident." Americans still await video footage and/or to hear audiotape that proves these oft-repeated accusations. Reps. Lewis, D-Ga., and Andre Carson, D-Ind., were encircled by TV cameras, radio news gear, cell phone cameras, and other recording devices.
To date, none of them has yielded any sound or image of anybody lobbing racial insults. If such comments actually were uttered, the NAACP and its leftist allies would have played them repeatedly to embarrass and humiliate Republicans, conservatives, and the allegedly racist tea party movement. In fact, no one whatsoever has claimed conservative activist Andrew Breitbart's $100,000 bounty for any documentary proof that these supposed race bombs ever were tossed at their targets.
Fox News Channel's Sean Hannity on Tuesday night played video footage from four different news cameras that captured the exact moment last March 20 when Rep. Carson says "maybe 15 people" yelled "N-word 15 times" as he walked outside the U.S. Capitol.
"They started surrounding us," he added, referring to him, Rep. Lewis, and Lewis' chief of staff. "It was like a page out of a time machine."
None of these four videotapes shows anything resembling Carson's scenario.
"The camera never blinks," newsman Dan Rather once wrote. It does not hallucinate, either.
Consider the tea party's Contract from America, a pledge to which it holds its endorsed candidates (TheContract.org).
Among 10 planks, it advocates a single-rate tax, a two-thirds-vote requirement for tax hikes, ObamaCare's repeal, and the defeat of cap-and-trade legislation. Nothing is even remotely related to race, ethnicity, or identity.
Wouldn't bigots devote at least one of 10 reforms to something racial?
The tea party movement avoids racial issues and instead advances lower taxes and spending and greater fiscal discipline. These issues are neither black nor white. They are green. She got caught up in the emotions of 'racial politics' with groups like the NAACP and stated her 'essentially racist, anti-white' piece, but good. Her comments were greeted with the snickers and sneers and guffaws of NAACP members who are 'publicly polite to whites' when they have to be. That 'have to be' is generally when they are speaking in public and/or when they want sympathy or money. We get it now and some of us are calling your bluff. All of the above is 'alright', because white people do the same thing all the time, even though we don't admit to it either. Personally, I find the 'race war' of 2010 to be disgusting, disingenuous and just plain phony. Still...there is a certain sense of satisfaction in being able to call blacks 'racists' when they really are. That's what I would call 'equality'. Blacks have gotten away with flinging that moniker around freely for decades, now. So how about giving whites a chance to do that, too? So, Ms. Sherrod has an 'epiphany' and says she decides against being so 'racially-biased' against whites. This is good. It reminds me of the whites I know who have become more 'enlightened' over time when it comes to their attitudes towards blacks. 'They' might still notsit next to one or shake a black's hand, but at least I've helped a few get away from the public usage of the word 'colored'...explaining that it is a hurtful term. I had to fight them, but finally I got my local congregation to 'accept the presence of black people in the pews'--a battle that took years. And I got my just reward: a kick in the pants and a kick in the head, thankayew! But back to our Ms. Sherrod. Now we hear that some relative or other of Ms. Sherrod was killed by a white? So naturally we hear 'white gay apologists' --even on FOX--emphasize the 'pity angle' for Ms. Sherrod, thus giving her the benefit of the doubt with her unfortunate anti-white 'slips of the lips'. Gays don't defend blacks because they think blacks are so 'righteous'. In my experience (which is quite substantial, by the way, should any of you protest) blacks and gays are mere 'co-concubines' for any and all socio-political and economic benefits they might reap together. The UCC church of President Obama and Rev. Jeremiah Wright has seen to that very thing! But the LGBT/black 'alliance' is tenuous at best and as I've indicated before, I do believe it is a marriage made in hell which cannot survive. It is built upon falsehoods and more phony politeness. People just cannot 'put away' their prejudices 'like that' and I don't care HOW engaging and persuasive their adored Presidential candidate may be. And so, with reference to an adored President, we are back to Ms. Sherrod. Now the very people who threw her under the bus, ostensibly at the behest of President Obama, have recanted and apologized. Ms. Sherrod will undoubtedly nurse this for all it is worth. But I do beg her to PLEASE stay out of public life and get employed by the private sector. The last thing I want to do is subsidize her further inflammation of racial tensions at cost to myself and other American taxpayers. I beg her to go write a book or something and live happily ever after...privately. But I can tell from today's news that this will not be the case. Now I'll tell you how this will all shake out in the end. Ms. Sherrod's goose is cooked. She has forever and always branded herself as a 'white-hater'. No matter how much she protests, she will always be branded as such, rightly or wrongly. Now, the only persons who will be sympathetic to her plight will be groups like the NAACP and New Black Panthers who also hate white people. And Ms. Sherrod will naturally be aligned with them. She will also enjoy the 'support' of a repentant United Stated government Administration and will be lauded if only out of sheer 'regret and embarrassment'. Ultimately, I predict that --after not receiving any benefit of the doubt re: her racial redemption--Ms. Sherrod will once again attend NAACP meetings and make all the snide, anti-white remarks they all continue to deny. She will be back in the racially-biased cadre of the White House and her essential prejudices will be nurtured. Ms. Sherrod won't be able to help herself, for the culture of Power is seductive--like a drug and a lover and an addiction.So she will be exactly where she was years ago, with all the old hurts and all the old prejudices and all the old chains to that old slave mentality. But now, she will have recourse like never before. And best of all, the 'guy who actually fired her' is white and ripe for the picking under the umbrage of 'righteous indignation'. I can almost hear her now, squealing like the Queen of Hearts in 'Alice': "OFF WITH HIS HEAD!"
What better 'justice fix' than for Ms. Sherrod to be 'kicked upstairs' and become the new head of the USDA? She's perfectly qualified: she's black, a woman and a victim several times over. I think that's what will happen anyway. Vilsack (who 'sacked' Sherrod) is already parroting the 'teachable moment rhetoric' which has lead me to respond in kind many times in the past. Watch now for the NAACP and New Black Panther videos dissing Vilsack as the 'white devil' that he is. As sure as I write this, it will happen.

But I'm an optimist. There's a minute chance that Sherrod MAY decide to be a beacon of hope for racial equality. But she's an old dog not likely to want to change in her ways. Besides, she's now got a 'stick on her shoulder about a mile wide' over the Obama Administration for what they did to her. While I totally sympathize with that part of her narrative here, I am no longer one of those 'sympathetic white people riddled with all sorts of white guilt' who gives everyone the benefit of the doubt with racial issues. I was that way once and all it got me was a good 'mouthful' of Obama and Wright and I know better now that a lot of it is total bunk. Still--this Sherrod could, I guess, be a trailblazer, depending upon how she comports herself. Everyone loves a 'whistleblower', don't they? Whistleblowers and malcontents learn that they can depend on absolutely no one, in the end. No one wants to go outside of their comfort zone to support them. So...if Ms. Sheppard is willing to go outside of her comfort-zone in a very real way, I'd probably be one of the first ones to enthusiastically support her and her efforts to ease racial tensions in the 'race war' of 2010 in the United States today. But, I don't think that'll happen. I think Janus Adams will do one of her typically racist rants in Ms. Sherrod's defense. People like Adams plight poor Ms. Sherrod's trough on the side of 'black supremacy, retribution, reparation' and most of all 'pay-back'. That's why I am writing this in this style so that I can beat the Janus Adams of the world 'to the punch'. If nothing else, I'm a 'quick study' born of twenty years with the Progressive-lib Obama/Wright church. As far as Ms. Sherrod is concerned, this is 'a two-fer'. I'm too old and cynical myself to allow myself to be too optimistic about our poor latest 'vicim' and too faithful to totally rule out the possibility of Ms. Sherrod being a true redemption story in and of herself. Already I am hearing the 'anti-white buzzwords' of 'teachable moment', 'Glenn Beck' and 'FOX News' by the Sherrod contingency, so I am naturally suspicious of anyone's motives. Still, if Ms. Sherrod is good for her word, then I want 'in'. This is the stuff that saves our country and which can stop all the 'offending' going on. I say that we 'whites are winners' not so much because they triumphed in anything, but because non-whites....blacks especially...are back to being so darned anti-white and hateful. Here's why I say that: We see now, again, the open disdain of dark-skinned people for those not like them to the point that if they're not actually threatening to kill white babies, they at least are standing by and letting it 'be said' with nary a statement to the contrary. We witness captive tapes of NAACP meetings, wherein the 'get whitey' mentality flares and manifests itself in chuckles and chorts of disdain and derision. Then we witness Black Panthers (the 'New' ones) spewing the kind of hate against whites that is starting to sound pretty good to 'nice' black people. We hear nary a word from the 'nice blacks', countermanding the racism we hear from their brothers and sisters. And whitey responds appropriately: those who hate blacks make their points--now suddenly quite valid, unfortunately and the 'polite whites', especially the Progressive-libs are receiving a 'crash course' in 'How to Get Over Your White Guilt But Fast'. While still not having the moral core necessary to be a 'valid movement', the new 'race war' certainly is changing things. And here are some 'changes' that may not be so evident to everyone: 1- Keep 'dissing' whites and watch whitey's donations to black-centered non-profits go waaay down. Yes, now that 'blacks are in charge', you may think you don't need whites' money, anyway or anymore. Maybe this will turn out to be the case. 2- Keep thinking that 'whitey will put up with it and not really be offended by what is being said and is going on' and you will be surprised to learn this is not true. 3- Keep thinking that 'whitey is sympathetic to the point of allowing any and all blacks to vent any way they wish' and again you will be surprised to learn that this is not true. Threats of baby-killing are like threats of lynching--no good and not good for anyone involved. I have been observing a few things in the USA today, and have come to the conclusion that with all things racial, whites are winning to date. The whites' hesitance to totally revert to the 'old ways' in general is what allows me to declare undeniably that 'whites have won this new race war'....so far. A lot of whites really will not go back to pre-Civil Rights mentality, perhaps because they are 'dreamers' such as myself. Blacks, however, are now ALL RILED UP AGAIN and are fulfilling the polarization which started way back when all blacks voted for a brother, President Obama. We all know that no matter what any blacks may have said to any whites, the fact is that essentially all blacks voted for Obama. Whitey knows it and we get it and now you know that we've known all along, even if we didn't say so. Your once-private joke, when everyone was still trying to be all polite and decent--you know, that one where you tell your white friends that you're 'not sure about Obama and you'll 'actually' probably vote for McCain' and then joke about it... is over. The ever-present 'internet' has allowed us windows into 'black peoples' souls' with a slip of the video or audio tape here and there. These are windows every bit as 'clear' as the ones we've had for years into the hardcore 'white supremicists' souls...No secrets, now, for anyone, anymore, are there? Personally I find such candid behavior refreshing, if not comforting. The infection of racism must be uncovered if it is to be cleaned out. And once cleaned, it must be aired and lovingly tended to, so that as much healthy 'tissue' as possible may be saved and restored. But we're not there yet. This 'race war' I speak of is only just begun, this 2010 phenomenon. Born of secrets in the highest levels of government, and suffused into the hierarchy of the world's religions, it is endemic in these United States of America today. There's no doubt in my mind that America's 'infection of racism' in 2010 is most definitely one of the 'pestilences' referred to in the Scripture of the Holy Bible. I only mention 'religion' because by fluke of some kind of cosmic absurdity, I happen to have been an active member of President Obama's controversial 'denomination', the UCC (United Church of Christ) while he campaigned and got elected. I've thanked Mr. Obama elsewhere for being the liberator (from the UCC 'mentality') I didn't know I needed. If not for all the campaign brouhaha in the news, I might not have known exactly how much anti-white/anti-American actions and sentiments I'd been 'inadvertently supporting' at my very own church. But that's water under the bridge. Like many whites and especially as a Christian, I will not allow some bad apples to totally undo all the progress I think we whites have made with our black compadres. I realize that I am hated as a white woman (and have written a number of pieces including "Don't Call Me Snowflake" and understand that hatred, having been 'outnumbered racially' for many years of my life in various capacities, including as a Soldier in The Salvation Army'. I get it...really, I do. And I understand my fellow whites. Some are inwardly enraged, but won't show it and are holding their 'outrage' in obeisance for whatever the future holds. I wish I could say the same for blacks, but this is not the case. You see, the 'advent' of a black President and the overwhelming overlording of American politics and even industry (thanks to an absurd overuse of the 'Affirmative Action paradigm') has SO emboldened blacks, that they are 'rising up'. Blacks are ready for action, not demanding 'equality', but 'domination'. Blacks are not demanding 'respect', but 'reparations'. And worst of all, they seek to 'punish' those of us who are non-black. I see it as clearly as all the anti-white and anti-America videos I've seen and heard of. I see it in all I've personally witnessed. I know that I am considered to be some kind of wicked 'slave owner' in the minds of many blacks. So be it. Their minds are made up and that's that. Experience has taught me that those who 'win' are the ones who manage to maintain control over themselves and have as little -infighting, as possible. So far, whites are winning this contrived 'race war', precisely because of these two factors. So far, whites have managed to control their hurt and rage. White racists are pretty open, but are not so dumb or arrogant as to video themselves at 'hate rallies' and then get caught at it. Whites take another lesson from blacks when they witness how much 'black on black' crime there is. White observe how Haitians don't get along with Jamaicans who don't get along with 'American blacks', etc, etc. And then there's the blatant anti-Hispanic sentiments I see espoused by many blacks in the social service circles I am familiar with. Maybe blacks feel like Hispanics 'compete too much' for goods and services with them? I don't know. All I do know is that 'a house divided' ends up on Youtube and with endless press conferences like the ones on 'the Sherrod circus', today. Whereas blacks are ginned up with the heady power they think they have in today's government and industry, whites are 'miller lighted up' with getting some kind of weird satisfaction in seeing all the hatred blacks have for non-blacks FINALLY being displayed in the open. Politeness of blacks for whites, for the sake of 'politeness' is dead. Whites also take this lesson from blacks: it is a fact that in some uber-Progressive-lib circles, a kind of funky 'alliance' is in play between blacks and the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual for those of you who have been living in a cave for the last twenty years) contingency. This alliance helped get President Obama elected and has helped both blacks and LGBT get their social engineering agendas if not implemented, at least on the 'table'. No where else is this black-LGBT alliance stronger than in the UCC of President Obama and the Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Personally, I believe this is a marriage made in hell, for most traditional black Christian groups are not in accord with gay marriage, etc. But, hey. This quirky black-LGBT alliance won the White House, so it must be good for something, at least some would say. I just think that these groups will ultimately 'go at it' based on both moral and ethical as well as on racial grounds. White babies are white babies and when they're threatened, that's a concern for both heterosexual and homosexual parents. And this is yet another reason why whites are winning the 'race war' of 2010. When whites 'get mad', they 'get going'. When blacks 'get mad', they try to 'get even'...or based on current events...'they try to get you!' Unfortunately, whites are less and less inclined to be sympathetic to the 'race card' nowadays and blacks have but little choice but to either 'act out and threaten' or try to behave in a decent, sentient manner like 'nice whites' do when they are threatened. How's about we all try to act in a more decent, sentient manner? The real 'Truth' is that he or she who stays in control and acts decently for the betterment of all, is the 'winner' here. There's a 'race war' going on, let there be no doubt. It may well flare up into another 'civil war' at the rate we're going, especially when we add the 'illegal aliens' into the mix. The one who maintains the most self-control and who is most willing to cooperate with others will 'win'. It's that simple. I agree with certain black pundits who call for endless conversations on race and here is my contribution: Don't call us 'whitey'. Only 'we' can call each other that. And I am henceforth declaring that 'cracker' is considered to be as offensive to us as 'nigger' is to you. Yes, whitey has 'not gotten the great insult you have intended us over the years'... but we sure do now. So call us 'cracker or Snowflake or white rice' if you must and we will construe it as the 'hate language' that it really is. Personally, I've got no use for this 'race war' of 2010, especially as a member of the TEA PARTY PATRIOTS. Good luck, Ms. Sherrod, latest example of racial conflagration.
