"Dear God, we pray to you now in our hour of need.  We pray for those who are at the center of recent tornadoes and storms and for who suffer the horror and sorrow of these devastating events.  Please spare your own, dear Lord, and have mercy on your children.  In this time of destructive turmoil, inspire those far away to be mindful of the ways we may assist these victims in concrete ways.  Please have us be your heart and hands and spirit and mind on earth as we help our brothers and sisters everywhere.
We pray this in the Name of Your Precious Son Jesus Christ,
