Dear Ones:It's a beautiful 'day-after' a beautiful Easter. We had such a lovely day here, I can't even tell you. I'm no great cook, but thanks to the detailed advice given to me by a very helpful young mother and son in Grade A Supermarket, the roast I made came out very well....or so the family said. Many thanks to her for taking the time to help me...My family and I appreciate it!
Now onto today....I don't want to scare anyone, however, the earthquake activity in California bears watching. http://www.iris.edu/seismon/ and http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/Quakes/quakes_all.php If I lived there, I would definitely be 'thinking ahead' to a 'worst case scenario'. I'd be packing survival supplies (a few days, at least, which should be already packed and good-to-go), gathering valuable documents, etc, gassing the car, making plans to either transport or 'release' the pets/livestock, and getting information-gathering electronics together....Not that all of our usual communication devices will be all that valuable in the event of total disruption. The last week has been one of substantial solar activity and some of that great energy has been hitting earth and adding to the disruption. If you'd like to bring yourself up to speed on my Tutorials on earthquakes, solar events, volcanoes, torrential rain, etc, etc,, just type 'Tutorial' into the search box at the top of the page. You can also check my Tweets which have all the pertinent links to the articles.
All the links you need to access realtime information of the topics covered in my 'Tutorials' are list in the lower right hand column of this blog.
God Bless and keep you, this beautiful Spring Day,
Rev Barbara Sexton
