Gov. Malloy's "Job Killer" Budget Tour

Bring your questions, your friends, fellow taxpayers to this political dog and pony show. Other citizens have already explained to Gov. Malloy that it is crazy to raises taxes, by 1.5 billion dollars, or any amount, when the state is in the middle of a recession. Construction is way down, real estate is getting hollowed out - the private sector is hurting, and now Malloy wants to hurt it even more by taking more money from it in order to help the state government unions with more taxes and more debt. All this in what is already the most indebted state, per capita, in the whole nation.
Malloy has talked about "shared sacrifice" but he has shown nothing that is comparable from the state government. He needs lots of pressure.

March 28, Greenwich Town Hall 7PM / changed location To : Eastern Middle School Located at 51 Hendrie Ave, Greenwich Ct 06878

April 4, Norwalk Town Hall located on East Ave, right off I 95, park behind building, ample parking.

The Stamford RTC, Issues and Challenges
The Stamford RTC has several seats open on the committee, we need to help fill in some of these positions:
District 3, from Lockwood Ave. to Water St.,
District 5, from Greenwich Ave. to West Main St.
Should you know anyone in these districts who is interested in getting involved, please send them to me: Philip Balestriere. balestrierep@yahoo.com 203-856-1709
We can put 2 committee members on each district and 4 associates on each district. The RTC is broken and need more fresh blood to help make big changes.
Food Drive
Also, we would like to establish a food or clothing drive for the needy. This will be discussed at the meeting to get some ideas on how to proceed. We think it's a good idea, especially with the economy the way it is.
Last Week’s Candidates Meet and Greet

Tea Party Patriots would like to thank Charlie Pia and Monique Thomas for attending our meeting last week. We appreciate their views.
Up coming Candidates
We have invited Daniel Fox (Democrat) and John Mollazzi (Democrat) to attend our meeting and get a sense on their views. We're still waiting for a confirmation. As tea party people, we must extend the opportunity to all candidates.
Voter FraudWe are still trying to recruit anyone that would like to join forces with Cort Wrotnowski in getting out the effort on voter fraud. We need to gear up for 2012 election by working with the local Bridgeport and New Haven tea party groups. We need to support their efforts.
April 15th is Tax day up in Hartford
April 15th is on a Friday. Please see if you can take the day off to attend this important event. We need to let Governor Dan Malloy know about what is wrong with his job killing tax proposal. Let's see if we can arrange car pooling ahead of time. Mo is getting a petition signed as she knocks on doors to present to the Governor, let's help her get as many signatures as possible and send the message that we don't want his tax hike proposal. It's amazing, they just don't get it.

"Malloy's Insider Misery: CT Dems Totally Split This Year About Him & Many Issues"

Poor Dan Malloy.  He's taken to 'ripping' into his fellow Democrats.  READ HERE:
Dannel Malloy Rips Democratic Fundraiser Carl Feen For Supporting GOP's Tom Foley As Race Is Dead Heat  LINK: http://blogs.courant.com/capitol_watch/2010/10/dannel-malloy-rips-longtime-de.html
Can we BLAME MALLOY?  No, actually, for not 'one' but 'many little birdies' have confided in this 'political-neophyte', yours truly.  And what 'they're saying' is that THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS SPLIT BUT GOOD...And with GOOD REASON.
Is it ME or is it....'unFUTUREGOVERNORLY' for a gubernatorial candidate to put forth the following?:
"The hypocrisy here is stunning," said Malloy. "Carl Feen is the consummate 'insider' - he raised money for candidates and bragged about his connections to them, while using state government to rip off taxpayers and pocket close to $500,000 in the process. Tom Foley is touting the endorsement of someone who took money out of the pockets of hard-working people in this state, and my running mate, Nancy Wyman, is actually the person who led the charge to force Cigna to put that money back into state coffers. If providing new leadership and a break from the status quo really is so important to Tom, then he must immediately renounce Carl Feen's endorsement, who certainly represents none of those qualities.''
My oh my oh my oh my! All this name-calling, naming and claims of illegalities! Dannel sounds like the 'nosey neighbor' leaning over the yard fence gabbing-it-up with the latest nasty gossip!
But this is no casual backyard conversation and I sure hope that Dannel Malloy and his people  can BACK all their allegations UP!  This is serious STUFF!
And what's with all this 'insider talk', anyway?  Based on all the alleged 'insider law fees' between 'the Malloy camp' and Andrew McDonald, we've no doubt Dan is well-versed in 'insider issues'.  And those of us left in Stamford are left 'suffering' with those legal bills...not that Dan or any of his supporters gives a hoot...
But more importantly, isn't it just a tad...'UNFUTUREGOVERNORLY' for Malloy to be speaking as he does ABOVE?  I think so.  For Pete's sake, doesn't the Malloy Campaign have some POLITICAL LACKEY they can call upon to do this 'dirty work' for them?  Is it just that Malloy cannot HELP HIMSELF, at this point?  I don't know!
But Dannel Malloy's continual 'naming of names' and details and alleged 'illegalitites' seems so...I don't know...petty and out of place.  Can't Dan's campaign amass the FACTS on the ISSUES and RELEASE them? And shouldn't illegalities be better studied in a COURT OF LAW?
(I should be careful about what I wish for, considering the MASSIVE LEGACY of OUTSIDER LEGAL FEE WE CITIZENS OF STAMFORD NOW OWN THANKS TO THOSE WHO SUPPORT DANNEL MALLOY!, but still.....)
I'm guessing the Malloy campaign cannot do any of the above and prefers to do the 'down and dirty politics' of old.  They seem to not be able to resist the netherworld of this election cycle for some reason, probably because they are scared stiff with Dan being the biggest 'scaredy-cat' of all.
The intense PRESSURE  Progressive-Lib Dems are feeling must REALLY, REALLY be a concern to Dan at this point, considering how close in the polls  MY FAVORITE CANDIDATE for CT GOVERNOR, TOM FOLEY, is.  I know your camp is concerned and I feel for you, Dan, wherever you are today ripping into your fellow Democrats.  I FEEL for you!
But I want to be PROUD of my state Governor, the way he speaks, what he speaks of and most of all, how he keeps a steady-eye on fairness, legality, equity and TRANSPARENCY in all matters.  And I want my Governor to know how to delegate.
The ability to 'delegate' is most definitely the sign of a 'good leader', don't you think?
GOD BLESS AMERICA

"Attack Mark Boughton Will You?"

THANK YOU "DEB"
'YES' I WOULD!
Dear Readers:
Someone named 'Alfonso Robinson' is bent on SMEARING my choice for Lt. Governor of CT MARK BOUGHTON http://blog.ctnews.com/robinson/2010/10/01/would-you-want-this-person-teaching-your-kids/
Here is my 'copy' of what I just wrote to rebut this person.  I'm just going to place it here on the 'off-chance' that Blogger Alfie decides to NOT publish what I sent to him.
Man...someone needs to get their PRIORITIES STRAIGHT and start judging people not by their skin color but by the content of their character!
     My comment is below:
Your comment is awaiting moderation.

First and foremost, children, teachers, parents and politicians should be taught that PLAGIARISM is WRONG, UNETHICAL, IMMORAL & CORRUPT! THEN we will make some progress in our educational system! I EARNED my degrees the old-fashioned way–through brutal hours of hard work while ‘working’ to pay for my tuition and housing(a unique concept nowadays, apparently)
So take your liberal pap and…
God Bless You and thank you for reading the sorry commentaries below.

Luker, who worked on the King Papers Project directing the research on King’s early life, King’s paper The Chief Characteristics and Doctrines of Mahayana Buddhism[5] was taken almost entirely from secondary sources.[6] He writes. Moreover, the farther King went in his academic career, the more deeply ingrained the patterns of borrowing language without clear attribution became. Thus, the plagiarism in his dissertation seemed to be, by then, the product of his long-established practice.[6]
