يرجى عذر ترجمة بلدي الفقراء إلى اللغة العربية، ولكن فهم أن أكون قد ولكن أفضل النوايا في هذا اليوم السعيد للجميع من مصر والعالم.

Please excuse my poor translation into Arabic, but understand that I have but the best of intentions on this happy day for all of Egypt and the world.

لقد علق بالكاد على الوضع السائد في مصر حتى الآن.

I've scarcely commented on the situation in Egypt until now.

يرجى العلم بأنني متعاطف جدا لمحنة الشعب المصري 

Please know that I am very sympathetic to the plight of the Egyptian people.

لقد حاربت من أجل حقوق الإنسان طوال حياتي.

I have fought for human rights all my life.

ولكن الحقيقة هي هذه : أريد ماسة لل'الفرح' شعرت في مصر اليوم في ميدان التحرير في القاهرة

والذي يجري الآن ورأى في جميع أنحاء العالم ليكون صحيحا ودائم

But the truth is this: I desperately want the 'JOY' felt in Egypt today in Tahrir Square in Cairo and which is now being felt across the globe to be true and lasting!

أريد من الشعب المصري ليكون حقا 'الديمقراطية'، لأنه من الواضح أنهم يريدون ذلك ويستحقون

I want the Egyptian people to be truly 'democratic', for it is clear that they want it and deserve it.

أريد من الشعب المصري أن يكون هناك معيار أعلى بكثير من المعيشة ، لكسب المزيد من المال والحصول على أفضل من كل شيء لأنفسهم ولأطفالهم.

I want the Egyptian people to have a MUCH HIGHER standard of living, to make more money and to have the best of everything for themselves and for their children.

أريد مصر أن تكون دولة ديمقراطية وتأخذ مكانها اللائق بين الأمم.

I want Egypt to be a democracy and take its rightful place among the nations. 

أريد مصر أن تعيش في سلام مع جميع الدول والمشاركة في التجارة العالمية من اجل المنفعة المتبادلة.
I want Egypt to live in peace with all nations and participate in global trade for mutual benefit.
أريد ، والأهم من ذلك كله، أن مصر وأمريكا، ونعم، إسرائيل حتى يعيش بعذوبة... معا في سلام ودون خوف من بعضهم البعض.
I want, most of all, that Egypt and America and, yes, even Israel live together affably...in peace and without fear of each other.واسمحوا لنا جميعا الذين يريدون هذه الأشياء الصلاة والعمل معا، بغض النظر عن الجنسية أو الدين أو العرق أو الثقافة.
Let all of us who want these things pray and work together, no matter what nationality, religion, race, or culture.
ومن المؤكد أن الله هو الله جميعا.
Surely God is God of us ALL.
خالقنا يحبنا وينتشل أولئك الذين يعيشون في الحب والصداقة.
Our Creator loves us and uplifts those who live in love and friendship.
ومن المؤكد أن يشعر الغبطة اليوم في مصر هو فرصة لا مثيل لها لجميع الرجال والنساء ذوي
النوايا الحسنة للعمل معا من أجل تحسين أحوال البشرية جمعاء.
Surely the elation felt today in Egypt is an opportunity like no other for all men and women of good will to come together for the betterment of all mankind.

لذا دعونا دعم إخواننا وأخواتنا المصرية مع الرعاية. دعونا مساعدتهم في نضالهم من أجل أفضل طريقة للحياة

So let us support our Egyptian brothers and sisters with care. Let us help them in their struggle for a better way of life.

ونضم صوتنا لهم في تذكر أولئك الذين فقدوا حياتهم في مصر. ونضم صوتنا أسرهم وأصدقائهم وزملائهم وهم حدادا على فقدان احبائهم.We join them in remembering those who have lost their lives in Egypt.  We join their families, friends and colleagues as they mourn the loss of their loved ones.
نرسل حبنا والدعم لإخواننا وأخواتنا في مصر الذين يحبون الحرية.
We send our love and support to our brothers and sisters in Egypt who love freedom.
